Twist on Cancer: Cancer is all-encompassing and it can be the loneliest place in the world, but don't isolate. Reach out and find your place your way or anything that helps you through. Finding amazing friends in communities I never knew existed and allowing myself to escape for periods of time has been the best lesson in dealing with cancer but also with life.

Artist Statement: Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Star Wars franchise symbolizes hope, goodness, strength, and light. Obi-Wan is J.J.’s favorite Star Wars Jedi and it’s a direct reflection of who J.J. Is today.
Upon getting to know J.J. he shared stories about his past, specifically playing football and the joy he felt around team mates. (His)tory has been an important aspect of who J.J. Is and it directly informs who he has become today. Someone who values family, friends, supporting others, and using his story to inspire other men to prioritize their physical and mental health.
